Hatsumoude

I visited Kasuga-taisha which is a shrine in Nara with my family.
We walked in the woods for a few minutes.
I like that way because I feel sacred atmosphere.

I went and worship.
After then, I did Omikuji which is a written fortune.
I drew Dai-kiti(very good luck)!!
I was very happy:)

Then, we went home.

I wish you a bright and successful New Year!!

December 31-Junuary 1

On December 31, I went to my friend Yukiko's house to do countdown together.
There were also other 3 friends, Ami, Erika, Maki.

We were watching TV, talking, taking pictures and so on just before countdown.
We counted "5, 4, 3, 2, 1..." hand in hand.
"Happy new Year!!"
At that moment, we jumped together!
Every year we do the same thing then.

Then we did "girls talk" which is talking about love and so on.
It continued till morning!!
I was very sleepy, but enjoyed very much:)

My favorite holiday

My favorite holiday is Christmas.
On that day, many people stay with their families, friends and lovers.
It is a very happy day!!

Also, during Christmas season, streets are very beautiful because buildings and trees are brightly illuminated!
Every year I am impressed with them.

When I was a child, I decorated a Christmas tree with my mother and sister.
It was very fun!!
So, I think the preparation is also attractiveness of Christmas.

University Festival

I went to KGU festival with Natsumi and Hiro-kun.
I was surprised that many people came to KGU!

People selling foods tried to have us buy them, so we had difficulty in refusing.
However, I bought foods which my friend was selling.
They were delicious:)

We watched dance show.
Rikako and Shota was dancing!!
I thought they were so cool!!:)

I enjoyed university festival very much.

My favorite high school memory

The memory I can't forget is the last school festival in high school.
My class set up a refreshment stand, which sold Ise Udon, Kakigori(shaved ice) and Baby Castella.
We prepared for selling those from summer vacation.
We called many stores to buy ingredients and to borrow utensils.
In those times, we were students preparing for examinations.
Therefore we had to study hard and we were very busy!!

On the day of school festival, I was pleasant that many people bought.

We had many difficulties during preparing and selling, but enjoyed very much.
That festival made our friendship more close.

Trend in Japan

Now, fur is in fashion among women.
For example, a fur wrap, a tail, boots with fur and so on.

The thing I was surprised with is a tail.
It is hung on side of the waist.
I remember it was in fashion about 9 years ago like now because Ayumi Hamasaki, who is a singer, wore and young women imitated.

Trend repeats itself!!
I think it is very fun:)

How will the world change in the next 20 years?

I don't know how the world will be at all in the future.
But I can imagine that.

I think many machines and robots will be invented and the world will become more convenient than now.
And people can live comfortably.
For example, cellphone and computer have a lot of new functions.

Also, medical science will develop and diseases which be incurable now may be cured.
The number of people who cannot be cured by any doctor may decrease.

I'm looking forward to see how the world will change 20 years later.
